We guarantee every batch of juice secured is100% pure varietal grape juice and only of the highest quality. Choosing wine can sometimes be daunting so our suggestions are listed for you to consider.

Some wines can be light and fruity and are meant to be consumed sooner, while others are heavy with an abundance of oak and tannins and require aging.
Whites are generally consumed sooner than reds but reds generally have a longer shelf life. We can help you choose when you come in.
If you would like your wine with more complexity, tannins, oak, flavours, and round mouth feel, we can assist you to customize your wine.
For the lovers of double zero dry wine ask about ATO.

Once you choose your wine, the first step of the process only takes only about 15 to 20 minutes (we can explain the following phases). Your wine will be ready to bottle in as little as four weeks!

You may find that your wine is quite drinkable at this point; however we suggest that you let it age in a cool, dark place for another three to six months.

Our wine kits vary in price from $42 to $160. On premises charges are extra (not including bottles or corks), depending on the wine you choose to make, and the result is 30 or more 750 ml. bottles.

You'll be amazed at the quality of fine wines you are able to produce using our kits, sterile juice, or order fresh juice in March and September. If you have your own fruit, apples, grapes etc, bring them in and you can produce wine, port or cider using our temperature controlled process. We guarantee you will like it.
